1. About these terms
These terms apply when you browse or buy from kidifystore.com, operated by Kidify Store. By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
2. Products and descriptions
We try to show our products, colours and sizes as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and small variations can occur in handmade or embellished items. Please check our Size Guide before ordering.
3. Prices and availability
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices, offers and stock can change without notice. We may cancel or limit an order if an item is out of stock, if a price was shown incorrectly, or if we suspect misuse. If we cancel an order, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid.
4. Placing an order
When you place an order, you confirm that the information you give us is correct and that you are authorised to place the order. An order is accepted when we confirm it, which may be by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email. We may call you to confirm your order before dispatch, and may cancel orders we cannot confirm.
5. Payment
We offer Cash on Delivery unless we tell you otherwise at checkout. Please keep the exact amount ready for the courier. We may refuse or cancel repeat orders that were refused at delivery.
6. Delivery
Delivery details, charges and the free delivery threshold are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by city, weather, public holidays and courier conditions. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct, because we are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by wrong details.
7. Exchanges and refunds
Exchanges and refunds are handled under our Refund and Exchange Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Using the website
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, send spam through our forms, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
9. Intellectual property
The Kidify Store name, logo, product photos, text and design are owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kidify Store is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law in Pakistan.
11. Third-party services
Our store runs on third-party services such as Shopify and delivery partners. We are not responsible for their downtime or actions outside our control.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the store after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
