Refund & Exchange Policy
- Size exchange is allowed within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Customer must share order details and product pictures through WhatsApp or email.
- Exchange depends on stock availability.
- No exchange is available for used, washed, damaged, or altered items.
- Refunds are only available if the product is unavailable or an incorrect item was delivered, according to store policy.
